The Grimsby Institute Group is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are officially “good” and aim to be an “outstanding” educational provider in the next two years.

The Faculty Commercial Enterprise supports many students from within the local area and offers provision from Further Education through to Higher Education. The Faculty has developed its provision and recruits well for the local area and is developing strong links with the community and that of its employers.

HE Business currently sits in the above Faculty and is now looking for a Programme Leader to teach Business and Law related subjects within the University Centre Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in expanding the current provision and in utilising the opportunities available to them. The successful candidate will play a significant role in the development, delivery, support and quality enhancement of the BA Business Management programme and will lead the design, conduct and dissemination of high quality teaching and learning in this area.

Applicants should hold a teaching qualification, a relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification such as CILEx. Specialist knowledge within Law is essential. Experience of teaching at this level is required. However, full support will be given to the candidate from the team and as this programme is validated through the University of Hull, support is also offered through the validating partners.

In return for your experience and skills, we can offer you a good salary, pension membership (TPS), access to a wide range of other Group benefits and opportunities for career and personal development progression. If having read the job description you are interested in this role, please press the “Apply Now” button and send us your application.
